Team includes 10,000 emails + 1,000 SMS segments a month; past that each email is $0.40 / 1k and each segment is $0.0075, metered to Stripe. Pay as you go includes none of either and meters those same rates from the very first send, on top of its $5/mo platform fee. Neither tier refuses a send for being over — only Free hard-stops. Track the running total on Settings → Billing; the period is reported at the start of the following month.
The limits are the same on both — unlimited domains and tenants, 2 dedicated IP pools, 25 API keys, 25 seats. What differs is the allowance. Team's $39 buys 10,000 emails + 1,000 SMS segments before metering starts, so it pays for itself once you reliably send that much; Pay as you go's $5 buys none and bills every send, which is cheaper when your volume is small, seasonal or spiky. Every org gets sok_test_* API keys. Test sends never hit the provider, never count against quota, and never charge you. Run your CI against them.
Yes. Our API is intentionally close to those shapes; most callers swap by changing one base URL + the auth header. Bringing a template set or a contact list across is a conversation rather than a plan tier — email us and we'll help with the import.
Yes, on every plan. Register your entity + DLT-approved templates from /overview/dlt, then send to +91 numbers by passing dlt_template_id on the send. Carrier-side India rejects anything not matching a registered template.
AWS SES allocates IPs scoped to your org. Your domain assignments route through those IPs instead of the shared platform pool — improves deliverability isolation and protects against neighbor spam. Pools take 24–48h to provision and 2–4 weeks to fully warm up.
Cancelling drops the org to the Free plan at the end of the billing period — the account stays open and readable, with Free's monthly send limits. Nothing is deleted on cancellation: export everything from Settings → Export (or the export endpoint) whenever you like, and delete the org when you are done. Audit log archives, if enabled, keep regulator-required entries for the contracted retention period.
