Data Processing Agreement

Sendoka acts as a data processor when you send email or SMS through the platform. Our Data Processing Agreement covers the scope of processing, subprocessors, international transfer mechanisms, and the technical and organizational measures we maintain.

The signed DPA is available on request — email legal@sendoka.com from your account's owner address and we'll countersign within two business days.

Related: per-user data export and erasure are self-serve from Settings → Security. Organization-level exports are available to owners from the dashboard.
